Amalgamated Security Services Limited (ASSL) is the proud sponsor of our officer Mr. Khaidem Neblett, a twenty (20) year old national Taekwondo athlete, who at his young age already is representing our twin island state of Trinidad and Tobago on the international stage. Khaidem has been on the national team for the past four (4) years and through his hard work he continues to make the nation proud of his achievements. Because of his unwavering dedication to duty at ASSL whilst having a full time training routine, Amalgamated Security has sponsored Khaidem to enable him to continue on his journey by competing in the Aruba Open Championship and the Suriname Open Championship.
Khaidem is an outstanding athlete and we at Amalgamated Security Services are proud of our colleague and his accomplishments.
In the year 2016 he has achieved the following:
- Gold medal at the Pan American games in Queretaro, Mexico.
- Gold medal at the Costa Rica Open Championship.
- At the Trinidad and Tobago national qualifiers he took both the gold medal and the award for the best senior fighter of the year.
- Top 10 nominee for male athlete of the year at the First Citizens Sportsman and Sportswoman of the Year Awards for the year 2016.
At the recent Aruba Open Championship 2017 Khaidem has won:
- Gold medal in the -80kg division
- Gold medal in the heavyweight division
His friends and colleagues at ASSL are very confident that he will also succeed at the upcoming Suriname Open Championship and thereby qualify for the World Championship in Korea later this year.
